Believe me when I tell you that I’m just as guilty as everyone else when it comes to this! Ask anyone who knows me and they’ll tell you “Josh never sits still. he’s always doing something!” I have to admit that it’s true and even when a good mate of mine is constantly reminding me to take things “slow and steady”, I find it very difficult to do so. But there comes a time when even the most alpha men – men like me – have to stop, ease off the gas a little and reevaluate what is important and what isn’t, what can wait and what needs doing more urgently. We all have to learn to prioritise.
We have to do this in every aspect of our lives. At home, at work, even at the gym. I see people coming along, tearing around the place like it’s gonna close down at any minute, then leave without really achieving anything. Then they wonder why they never make any progress! I’ve had to take people aside and show them how to do things, explain to them that if they want an amazing body like mine, they have to train at a decent pace, clear their minds of anything else and focus on what they are doing. Then they’ll see results! They can tell that I know what I’m talking about just by looking that the body I have developed over the years. Seeing, in my personal case, is definitely believing!
I mentioned doing the same at home, maybe with that SPECIAL someone. We have to make time for each other and spend quality time with each other too. You can see exactly what I mean in this new video. I want my lad to enjoy what he sees in front of him, to be able to worship my stunning physique in the way it deserves. These muscles need a lot of attention but is there enough time for him to do it properly? Yes, I’m an a hurry to do so many other things, but when it comes to something like this I really do change my priorities. I WILL give him some of my precious time so that he can work on my pumped and shredded body to my satisfaction and if he does it well..to his too!
